1.	Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of a competition, no person may enter any contest more than once.
2.	All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be collected from the Sport 927 reception desk during business hours, within one month from the date of winning. It is NOT the responsibility of Sport 927 to notify winners of the time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.
3.	All individuals winning a prize from Sport 927 are ineligible from winning a further prize from Sport 927 for a period of six months. Sport 927 reserves the right to withhold prizes from individuals who do not adhere to this ruling.
4.	Prizes to be claimed from Sport 927 reception desk must be collected in person, with appropriate identification. (eg. Drivers licence, passport, student card where photo is included). In special situations, and subject to the discretion of Sport 927, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect a prize on their behalf. The representative is required to provide written authorisation from the winner, and photograph identification of themselves and the winner.
5.	In the event of Sport 927 posting a prize to a winner, the station takes no responsibility for the safe and effective postal delivery of the item.
6.	All prize winners will be notified of their status via mail, email or telephone.
7.	All prizes are non-transferable and must (where applicable) be used on the dates specified and may not be redeemed for cash.
8.	In the event of a winner choosing to not accept/collect their prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize. The prize may then be utilised at the discretion of Sport 927.
9.	All prizes are accepted at the risk of the winner, no responsibility will be taken by Sport 927 for any liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prizes or participation in any contest.
10.	Sport 927 will take no responsibility for any/all taxes incurred in relation to their collected prize.
11.	If a specific prize becomes unavailable, Sport 927 may substitute a replacement prize at its discretion.
12.	As a condition of entry, Sport 927 maintains the right to publicise the contestants' names, characters, likeness or voice recordings for any promotion or matter incidental to the competition.
13.	All entries sent via the internet are done so at the risk of the entrant. Sport 927 takes no responsibility for entries not received due to internet service difficulties.
14.	Sport 927 may incorporate information from entrants in any contest(s) in any database to be used for the purpose of its business.
15.	If in the course of a contest: • a telephone line breaks up or drop out or • there is a dispute arising out of the use of telephone lines in a contest (including situations where multiple lines are used) or • two telephone lines are crossed during a phone in contest Sport 927 reserves the right to: • disqualify the relevant caller or callers • will not be responsible for awarding prizes to the relevant caller or callers and • may award the prize to another person according to its absolute discretion
16.	Sport 927, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Sport 927.
17.	Employees of Sport 927, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives and their immediate families are ineligible to enter any contest run by Sport 927.
18.	Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of Sport 927 and may be varied or modified at any time between contests.
19.	Sport 927 may terminate any contest at any time at its absolute discretion. In the event of such a termination, Sport 927 may elect not to award any prize in respect of the terminated contest.
20.	A failure by Sport 927 to enforce any of the General Contest Rules in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any person.
