Cousins cleared to play by AFL
Ben Cousins has been cleared to resume his AFL career in 2009, subject to the former West Coast champion agreeing to strict drug-testing requirements.
AFL chief executive Andrew Demetriou says the conditions include Cousins agreeing to urine testing up to three times per week, as well as hair sample testing up to four times per year.
